The NGK PFR-5A-11 1.1mm Gap Platinum @ $17.95ea are what mine came with standard. If you have wound up the boost go for a 0.8mm gap such as those below:
NGK BCPR6ES 0.8mm Gap Copper $3.00ea (Currently using these with no problems)
NGK BCPR7ES 0.8mm Gap Copper $3.50ea
The 6 heat range Platinums will also work:
NGK PFR-6A-11 1.1mm Gap Platinum $17.95ea
Bosch Platinum 4's #4417 @ close to 24.95ea are meant to be good but I have not tried these yet.
Cheers.

OI i heard that if your engine in running rich that it shouldn’t make a difference using a cheaper plug, is this true....?????
platinums are the recomended plug for RB20s because of the additional hassle of servicing them, and because they are under reasonable load. The fact that they really should last as least 5 times as long as a copper plug should encourage youto use them anyway.
Many people who run leaded fuels (like avgas) need to sub out platinum plugs for copper because the platinum ones foul.
Platinums will (should) foul less than copper plugs when running rich.

the guy at Independant motor mart had a NZ catalogue and it showed different part listings for rb20 and rb25, would there be a gap difference?

yeah it would be a gap difference.
sitting in front of me on my desk I have
ngk BCPR^EY-11 coppers
once you get over the the mystery of removing the covers and coil packs a plug change isn't that hard
hell even I can do it
cheers
