nissan 85mm throttle bodies

Does anyone know what kind of difference a Nissan Q45 85mm throttle body will make to an R32 GTS4?

Would you install one generally when upgrading injectors or .... ?

you might install one when your making 7-800 hp don't worry about it the stock one is 80 mm.
