I have an AE82 Twin Cam (as my name says :)) anyway, the old stock suspension is getting a bit saggy and I'm going to upgrade to KYB's all round with Lovell springs, I currently have an 18mm swaybar on the rear with the stock swaybar on the front...

Is this a good upgrade? I've heard Lovells are a very good spring but I've only heard a few things about KYB's, however what I've heard has been good... I'm not looking for racing spec suspension, I don't want adjustables or anything like that.. just want to chuck it in and enjoy the ride :D

I'm getting the old bushes replaced with polyurathene ones while I'm at it.. I was playing with the idea of getting the front swaybar replaced with a bigger item while i was at it, is it worth it??

The KYB's are a good quality honest shock absorber, much better than your generic mungrell wylie or the like.

I've used them in a few cars and always found them to be very good in feel and quality. For a road car their performance/price is very good.

You could do a lot worse.
