How many psi to boost?

looking at getting a 1995 Skyline R33 GTS-T and just curious if anyone knows what psi you can boost the stock turbos too before fuel cut and the usual issues that are involved when boosting stock turbos...or is it just a matter of wind it out and see when she hits the wall then work down from there?

I wouldn't run it past 12psi due to the ceramic nature of the ex wheel...
