How good is EMS Dualsport?

Hey guys,

Might be able to pick up an EMS Dualsport ECU cheap, not sure which model variant, but I believe they can be software updated anyway for $150?

How good is this ECU? ie - tuning resolution, features etc....

Where does it fit in the grand scheme, Wolf3D level, Autronic, Haltech.

Car is an 89 Mx6 turbo....

very good computer, i'd put it at the same level as autronic/haltech

very user friendly....

great bang for buck computer.. but if you can hold out for the 8860, you won't regret it!!!

im sorry but im not familiar with the EMS line-up but is the 8860 the latest ones?

i have an article on the dual-sport by Zoom magazine..sounds like a good unit to me..

topgear, the 8860 has not been released yet...

it has 8 injectors outputs and 8 ignition outputs, along with a 60 pin connector hence 8860

has a lot more bells and whistles including dual wide band lambda control etc etc

Looking at maybe that or the Wolf V4 if i go with a new computer.
