Alpine amp V12 MRV F300

hey guys,

just wonderin if anyone knows anything about the alpine V12 MRV F300 amp? am just about to buy it off a guy on the forum, yet dont know that much about.
am going to use it to power my JL WO 12inch sub and probably some 6X9's.

is this a good enough amp to do the job??

any info is greatly appreciated.

Alpine v12's are underrated... very very good quality amps...

I've just installed some in my car and couldn't be happier :)
