Install/Tune EMS Dualsport

Hey guys,

Well i grabbed that dual sport off my mate for $500.
It came with the whole loom to suit a E15ET engine, high boost upgrade and the handset.

Just inquiring on where ppl have gone to get EMS's installed and tuned, and how much it cost, would $400 cover an in/out job?
I need someone to remove the old Microtech, and plug up the EMS and then tune it appropriately.

And should i get the air temp sensor nut put before or after the Intercooler?
And will the Dual Sport need a O2 sensor???

what is the old microtech you have??? do you want to sell it?? i can remove it for you,

The old Microtech is a Digi1+ with an ignition adapter.

Its a good computer, but just doesn't have some options that i would like.

Would you be able to do anything with the dualsport?

what would you be prepared to offer for the microtech?

what features do you need in the microtech??

i cant use the computer with the ignation expander but ill offer you $100 for it

i have only played with a ems a few times, so im not real good with them,

try premier auto centre at mt druitt, he is suppose to be good with the ems,

the microtech has only one aux output, or so the manual says.
i want to control some other stuff like a shift light and the fans and maybe some other goodies down the track.

This guy i know offered me $350....hehehe

Just noticed you are in singleton, best bet is to drive it down to V&E rigoli at wetheral park and get them to fit and tune the EMS, i dont know anyone near there that will do it, Maybe try Jon at RX engineering near maitland dont know weather he does EMS tho,

Hi Ben, Ive got an EMS unit in my STI and I would not go to anyone except for Vince Rigoli to tune it and set it up....

Before I went to Vince I even called EMS directly and spoke to Peter there and even he suggested out of everyone that is able to tune EMS, to use Vince.....

He is honest, very helpful and very reliable....

Vince built my car and Ive used alot of workshops throughout Sydney over the years with differnt cars, but no one compares to the work that Vinces team does.

As for cost. Thats something that u would have to discuss with him directly....

I got Ric Shaw to tune my EMS, had no issues. I only use
the car on circults and it runs all day. He may not be the
person to tune a car for max power as he is more focussed
on circuit racing.
