HI Guys

I can NOT find rear rotors for my 96 Twin turbo supra anywhere, I can get stock rotors from toyota, but really would prefer aftermarket.

I need fronts as well and really wanted the DBA Slotted rotors with the Kangaroo paw venting however I got quoted nearly $1k just for the rotors, supply only.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers

Aaron

DBA lists 718 fronts and 746 rears
Is the problem that they have no stock or that no-one knows how to use the catalogue ??

If they have no stock you just have to play the waiting game like the rest of us.

If you walked into my shop and I had the stock or could get it from DBA they would cost you $220 each front. (slotted)
Unfortunatly I don't have pricing at hand for rears.

I tried getting a pair of the DBA746 a while ago with no luck. I rang Sydney and they stated they had none in stock. Tried again a few months later to no avail.
I fell over when I rang Toyota for a price!

I'd ring DBA for you on monday but I'm on holidays and they are closing down for Xmas. You might catch someone there if your lucky.
Ask DBASteve when production is scheduled. He's the man that would know.

thanks for the info guys

the problem has been that DBA don't have stock of rear supra rotors - this is driving me nuts!!!

and yes - Toyota are bloody expensive too - I can get Apexi rotors cheaper than standard toyota for the fronts, but they don't do rears at all :(

dude DBA pricing varies wildly.

try trevor at www.brakedistributors.com.au

repco wanted 324 each for my rotors, got them off him for 187.90 each. go to the source or a specialist.

PS> I have seen Porche Big Reds on a 330rwkw Supra at QLD Raceway.

Just had confirmation that the 746 rotor is incorrect for the twin turbo. The correct part number is 719.
I am waiting on confirmation from DBA on approx available date for these rotors

ah, ok mate - I just fired off an email to find out the right size :)

never mind!!

Also, if you're enquiring with DBA - let them know that there are quite a few people looking on various mailing groups looking forward to an answer on this - if they're not available, they may wanna look at making them available asap as there are quite a few people who need replacements/upgrades :)

Thanks so much for your help!

All is now a little clearer. The correct size for the twin turbo is 324mm dia. The correct DBA part number is 719.
These are scheduled in production and should be available within about 8-12 weeks (latest forecast - may be earlier).
The batch will be sufficient qty that some will be held in stock for future drawdown.
I have let DBA know about the customer needs on these.
