ge flywheel and clutch
when cold i can get all gears easily. after about ten minutes driving im locked out of the gears.
turn the car off it goes in as normal turn it back on and with the clutch fully in the car still wants to move. this won't adjust out.
pulled it out today and nothing noticebly broken or wrong apart from the splines on one half of the pressure plate being a little lower (depressed further toward the flywheel side) than the other. No oil in clutch asssembly, and full fork travel and working fine.
anyone got any ideas cos im a little stumped as to what it could be. Keep in mind it was fine for about 3 months.
also when i went to get the clutch there were two different height pressure plate assemblies but i can't remember if one was for the borg warner box and one for the jap box or if they were both varients to suit the MMC (jap) box.
