Hey mate dont want to be rude but, people can buy the CBR-RR bike for $3000 with less KM's , i think the asking price is a bit to much i have seen heaps of the next model up for half what you asking..... didnt mean to be rude but just trying to help

$3000 yeh sure you can get a import CBR for that money thats had its ball thrashed. Keep in mind those bikes are manufactured in the early 1990's, usually 90-92.
Then they're imported, wind back the clock to 10K kms give it a new paint job, throw a compliance plate on it so it looks new, and then sell it to poor buggers who ride it for a month or so and find out it needs a new engine.
Dont be fooled by the compliance plate.

And no the price is resonable for a genuine Australian delivered bike with GENIUNE kms. Do your research people.

FFS, if you feel the need to vent, use Private Messaging. If he was asking $20000 for it, it might be different, but he's not. As has already been stated by Waks, Oz-delivered CBR's are a safer bet than their imported counterparts. Please engage brain matter first next time :D
