Got a stock RB25 series1 turbo, with the steel front wheel, and rear ceramic wheel. Comes with stock actuator. None to very minimal shaft play - in excellent condition and hasn't had a rough life by the looks of things.
Only thing missing is the outlet flange, so either use your existing one if replacing a dead turbo, or get one rigged up fairly cheeply.
Two exhaust studs may need drilling out, but that is pretty standard in most you will find around that have been removed as they get brittle with the heat.
