I went to Phillip Island last weekend and has some issues with brakes, Ive got some ideas on how to fix the Old Girl but here's some footage of a couple of the sessions.

After not being able to get to the Island on Saturday, cos of all the roads blocked with floods, well you could have but it would have taken you over 5 hours.

First 2 sessions on Sunday were atrocious, a cold wet track at PI = NO GRIP, it did make for good photography,
we waited for the third session which had a drying line. Adam and Ray decided to give PI a go as a sprint instead of a 6HR and i think they had some fun, i know i did. Darren came down also to give it a crack at speed also.
I managed to snag a 48 lap with some more improvement still to come. Very happy with the way the car is going now, ive finally got my head around the new brake setup and am able to go deeper and press the pedal harder and i had on a better set of Michelins as well.
In session 4 i was able to put together a string of 49 laps.
In Session 5 i had an off at 11.5 and then i saw Ray coming so i slotted in behind him and had some fun.
In session 6 i waited for Adam and Darren to come along and had a play with them also. Watching Adams car dance around corners makes me think he needs a cage sooner rather than later, the way it was moving around it wouldnt take much for it slide off the track.

My oil issue hasnt got any better it still drains to the catch can under brakes. back to the drawing board......

Its been a while since ive been on here, have been a very busy little beaver.

The Victorian State Super Sprint was on a cpl of weeks ago at Phillip Island.
The new track had been laid during December, so i had to take the VH out for a try out.
Well Faaaarrrrk me, the grip levels are sensational, the VH loved the new surface and the tyres didnt complain either.
Here is my PB lap, even this being my best lap ever, im still not happy with some sections, more room for improvement.
