    Is the external gate really necessary? Iíve seen the guy who tuned ours get 500rwkw from internally gated turbos on factory fg turbo manifolds. To me if that was required u might as well go a high mount manifold as well.

      Iím curious what ours would do but but nervous about drive train. Still has oem diff bushes and I hear the tailshafts and zf input shaft donít like abuse so I wouldnít put sticky rubber on it. Might take it out just to see what mph it does.

        Not sure, just makes it easier to control boost if the exhaust is restricting.

        Heavier falcon would put a lot of stress on components

          My mates FG F6 was internally gated making 510rkw if that's any indication.

          Good numbers though man you'd have to be stoked with that for now :D

          This is obviously assuming all your AUX outputs are doing something. Ie idle control, and the other does water spray, and the other updates your Instagram automatically etc.

                      Looks like there's a big gap in the weld where the wastegate merge is.
                      Rust is lighter than carbon fibre.

                            You can buy the rear housing with the flapper shut and the external off it.
                            That's how they've done mine. I can get pics if you want to look?

                            I'd prefer off the manifold but it was done when I got it so wasn't complaining.

                              I know this goes against the PF way but now its running well, has decent power and is seemingly efficient could you not just leave it as and drive it? is a new manifold/wastegate setup + more power really necessary?
