Yea, I was looking for a Water to air cooler a few years back. Plazaman were fucking expensive, saw pretty much the same thing from frozenboost for less than 1/3 of the cost.

What's the general consensus on intercooler cores these days?

Having trouble finding any data on the plazmaman that warrants the price tag.

Looking for something efficient in the 700-800hp range.

As above. I am looking at the proflow delta core 600*300*100 and making my own end tanks.

PWR make their own range of cores in various sizes.

As well as the Proflow, we stock the Vibrant Cores on the shelf now too, our website is fucked up atm, but have a look & let me know if there is one that will work: https://vibrantperformance.com/catal...6a40ea65a896bc

Our PFE bare cores are pretty popular, but also have a look as above

                        Bell cores from the USA?

                        https://bellintercoolers.com/p-37048...ate-cores.html

You can input the dimensions you want and it will give pricing and CFM.

                        https://bellintercoolers.com/series-...iciency.html#!

Unsure how keen you would feel buying something like this all the way from the USA though, given exchange rates and shipping.

                          Slightly off-topic...

Does anyone know where to source half decent quality ally radiator cores?
Last time I had a Koyo GC WRX STI radiator modified, which ended up costing waaaaay too fucking much and is leaking like a sieve from the fin to end tank joints 3yrs later.
I figure ill be better off buying a core and making my own end tanks.

I bought a Proflow Delta Fin core and it was pure dog shit. I'm not going to use it so I'm back on the look out for something better.Click image for larger version

they've got to be up there as far as quality goes, if the sizing suits your application.

                                here is their performance data:
