    Problem Changing pads..

I was changing my pads today so far i've got the front ones on fine then I went to change the back ones and since they were worn pretty bad I had to push the piston back a fair way to put the new pads in.. but it wouldn't move.. at all... so all i could do was put the old pads back in...
but I have to change them soon.. so what is wrong here? do i need to get my calipers rebuilt?

I'm assuming its for an RX7

The pistons need to be wound back not pushed back. There should be slots or holes in the piston. Long nose pliers into the slots /holes and wind them back (anticlockwise - i think) using medium pressure.
If they don't go back easily then its time to get them reco'd

Yeah sorrry forgot to say it was for my Series 4..
yeah I saw those things and I actually tried to wind them back (not meaning to I might add... ) and it moved but I didn't think that'd be how you get them back because the fronts just pushed back eaisly..
ohh well i'll give it a bash tomorrow..

    Thanks for the help dattoman1000!
