Probaly a really good buy would be a Nissan 180sx 2.0 turbo.
It's between 11 - 14k depending on year, km, condition etc.. But its a nice looking car and very fast.

my cousin will be puting his 180sx up for sale in the next couple of weeks once he gets his defect cleared. Its a 1.8L manual, blitz blow off, pod filter, 3" exhaust with 5" tip, veilside body kit, 17s, lowered, double DIN head unit with subs etc., dark blue. I think its 1990.
