    Quick cylinder head repair question

    I have a 2nd cylinder head i bought from a wrecker, and upon disassembly i was inspecting all the components and noticed this on the cam (camgouge.jpg)

    And this on the cam tower that caused the radial gouge on the cam (camtwrgouge.jpg)
    This cam isn't going in this head, so can any cylinder head shop repair this damage to the cam tower?

    I'd imagine so. just involves filling it and reshaping the curve & smoothing it over. Should be too expensive either,
