the Sheik dude that is outlaying billions of dollars for that lot is going to be screaming at a few people today.

and the last safety car in the feature race, to move the team india car, whose driver parked it on the main straight, next tot the pits, albeit about 2m away from the wall (retard), so it was deemed to be in the way, hence saftey car 2laps later, then it took another 2 laps under the safety car to even get anyone there, 5laps total to clear the thing, and its not like it was in a difficult to get to place.

and it took the safety car 5laps to pick up the leader, and have the rest of the field behind him... morons, wave the guys past until you have the leader behind, thats the way it works in all other forms of motorsport.

that all said, the racing was good, passing is available for those who want it, the cars dont carry the outright corner speed of f1, but are still quickish, but they just dont sound fast.

christian jones, however, is total shite. qualified 22 out of 24, and in the first race, finished 17th, and last due to all the first corner contact a bunch of guys knocked themselves out. didnt improve in the feature either, even during the pitstops, when he should have made some ground, at least temporarily, he was passed by everyone.

im not sure on the rules and all, but do we have to have 2 drivers for the year? and does christian jones have to drive in any more events? or can we piss him off to where he belongs?

I would think that even AJ would be pretty pissed off at dropping from 2nd int he Teams Championship to 5/6th - not to mention Team Australia being almost last considering how well we did at Brands....

I demand to know why James Courtney has been brought up for considaration for this series. I know he has current committments, but its not as if A1 GP hasn't been known about.

I dont think Courtney was available due to his V8 commitments I think Davison is with the A1GP team from now on so hopefully CJ can get back doing what he does best whatever that is because it aint driving a race car.
