WRX ECU Flashing

Hi everyone,


Has anyone done any non commercial WRX ECU flashing/editing in Aust?

Looking at getting a bit of something setup and was wondering if anyone has gone ahead and done it already.

(for my own car, nothing commercial).

i had links to some stuff, but computer had a melt down and i lost the links.

Search on NASIOC for EcuteK alternatives. One of the links was openecu.org i think.

They were all hackers who had been able to hack the computer, ECUTEK style.

Thanks - yep ive got some software and ordered the tactix cable, ive made my own definition file as such for the Aust specs but was hoping someone else was already doing something along these lines.

Would be good to share info/results.

Yep, I know a guy who has done it. He's a complete geek and did it more just "because he could". He didn't really chase big power gains but I don't say that meaning that you couldn't.

The amount of data available while you are driving down the road is just staggering.

If you just want data, get Delta DAsh etc.
