Display poles in car shows, "keep away" track/tape for shows etc...where to buy?

Guys,
Wondering where would i start looking for those display poles that you see in car shows?
You know the ones, on each corner with tape all the way around?
Id liek some portable ones, i know i could just make some with steel rods, a few welds here and there... but im after some light plastic portable ones.

Also, talking of those tapes, where would you get those?
The please dont touch/no entry kind of tapes (similar to the police crime scene tapes).

we use barriers with yellow/black retractable tape at work for danger areas, Made by Tensa i think, can get them through blackwoods, not cheap tho.
