Been a boring coupla months, but finally things are happening again. I stripped apart the spare engine and had the block sonic tested only to find out that number one was paper thin. Brand new block is at the machine shop now though. Car alos goes in next week for the roll cage and seat mounts. BUT, I finally got the new turbo today. T51R has been replaced by a GT47. Plan is to have it up and running ready for the sport compact series next year.

There's always going to be a Sigma Car Club, but I've had one Sigma and that was enough for me. You're welcome to join though

I've written more stories like that than I've had hot dinners. Awesome when a guy with a 12 second car says "it's a secret".... what? going slow is a secret...

Finally getting somewhere. Kyle assures me the turbo manifold will be done tomorrow. I'm just sorting out the bonnet clearance etc for the new Process West plenum. Rather than using the stock throttle and mount using a billet 90mm. Should all fit neatly underneath. Trans is getting build at the moment too

Not 100% sure dude. But they're not full chassis and there's less doors, less roof etc, so I guess they would be. I know it's a bit lighter than a BA

Maybe I unestimated the size of the turbo when I was considering it'd fit under the bonnet. Oh well... shouldn't have to chop much

ps: big thanks to Kyle from 6 Boost and also, yes Chuck... there's no wastegate outlet. That's because I'm planning on running 400psi! Or an old school Nissan inlet manifold bleeder... or we're gonna do the gate outlet in the car

Is Xmas a lucky month for you? Or do the bogan gods not allow drag racing in other months :P

Other than that, plenty of work to do yet, but I'm in "GAME ON" mode now, so I'd like to have to running by Summernats, if not Powercruise NSW.

Next step is to get the trans back and bolted in, then it's off to have the exhaust and IC plumbing done. Then I'll think seiously about a bigger diff and most probably set and forget ladder bars.
