    Need a lathe-er person...

Need to get a spacer made up before next weekend so I can get the Lancer to Wakefield with a working alternator. Anybody able to make up this oversized washer for me?

    Outside diameter - 21.5mm
    Inside diameter - 17mm
    Thickness 7.3mm

Doesn't have to be anything fancy, it is to space the alternator pulley away from the body.

Any chance you could make it up and shove it in an express post bag for some dollars? Nobody in Sydney is replying

    Thanks heaps! PM Sent.

I don't think this will cost the same as the wifes engagement ring.... just need to make sure that the pulley is spaced out from the bearing and only sitting on the centre of the bearing, not the outside part that turns. It doesn't look like it was hitting, but I would rather be safe then sorry. It was also be better then using three washers

Hey PHULL, I'd like a big alloy turntable so that I can drive straight into the carport, turn the car around and then drive straight out. I'll get some specs in the morning and PM my address
