Automotive Spraypainter - Earn up to $150k

    Hi Guys,

I am chasing a high quality, fast, experienced automotive spraypainter for our new Artarmon site

Role will be on a subcontractor basis and earnings will be uncapped

You could earn over 3 x the industry average for a painter if you are willing to put the hours in

I have history information of the role (existing painter has found a job 2 minutes from home and has left us) that I can show you to prove the $$ are there to be made

Must be trade qualified, fast, clean, able to work on all forms of cars and most importantly - reliable

If you are interested contact me ASAP as I have an ad going in the paper this weekend and the role will be filled early next week

    Cheers

    Chris

Is the pay based on the amount of cars you paint per week, or hours saved per job?

    What kind of base rate?

    Just wondering.

    Mate,

    Based on history

Guy who has just left was a subbie and his average wage for the last 3 years was the numbers posted

We would like at a base and bonus to get someone who has not contracted before

In simple terms - this shop does the same volumes as one of our other shops with twice the staff

Speed, skill and effeciency are all worth big bucks to a business !!!!
