Besanko tried taking me to court for defamation in 1997ish, it took about a day of good research to find the exact points that made his allegations fall apart. I would imagine it'd take less than 15 minutes for his claims against you to fall apart with the appropriate legal terms.

I'm amazed he's still doing it to be honest becuase I can't see him ever even getting into court any time he tries this..

wasnt it the same guy years ago that took offence to a powerchips thread on (then) gccv? I can remember a thread where someone (was it ian?) had proof of before and after dyno readings to show exactly what the chip was (and wasnt) doing.
