.... because every driver experiences the destructive potential of the effortless surge of power available through the smallest of body movements.
DrNick is king!!!! No, Mark Webber is now! Long live the king!
Christ, I spend a weekend actually doing shit away from PF and this thread has grown nearly 20 pages.
Huzza: From this point forward I am going to christen you tugboat due to your expert level of tuggery capable of raising the Titanic from its watery grave or shunting large ships into harbour (like your mum). The fact that you mistook an R31 skyline for a toyota (when his username clearly displayed above the picture states 2JZR31, I.E An R31 Nissan Skyline fitted with a turbocharged 2JZ engine) shows that you quite clearly are retired and lacking oxygen caused by mouth breathing. You should feebly slink away back to boostcruising or gaypornchat and the like now. P.S the small fact that the above skyline runs consistent 10 second quarter mile passes and is quicker than anything you are likely to own (or most of boostcruising for that matter) is just the icing on the multi tierd wedding cake of your stupidity. Thanks for playing.
Go marry a goat you armpit licking muppet.
Lol @ the random soviet beat down link.
You should so get it moved to Brisbane courts (it's not like Wayne Besanko of Powerchip will show up anyway)! We could all rock up at court, get epic lolz and then go to the pub for lunch!!
Football, meat pies, kangaroos and carbon tax!
Well i guess this proves the epic narcissistic stupidity of Wayne Besanko of POWERCHIP fame. This thread was slowly dying the death of a thousand cuts, and given a few months would have been remembered fondly as a truly epic thread, but thats as far as it goes and I believe that in 6 months time enough truly stupid people would still be buying re-labelled standard tunes (believing that the $1000 they just paid for a POWERCHIP tune will make a difference) to keep POWERCHIP afloat and NOT paying tax.
However..... by actually serving Harun with actual legal papers (and not cheap, ineffective POWERCHIP papers!!) he has made an internet joke into a serious issue. Ok, so it's a bullshit claim, but the point is that it will probably end up in court, and it could well make the mainstream news....
Especially if a protest, ceremonial gearboxing, and burning of a Wayne Besanko effigy out the front of whichever court it's held in happens to take place.
Wayne.... you should have let it go. So....your wife got some internal exploration. So... your company got a gearboxing. So.... your reputation took a battering....
Look at the bright side tho Wayne.... Your wifey didn't get pregnant, the gearbox could have been used positively like a Top Gear table, and your reputation..... well i guess any publicity is good publicity right?
Unfortunately Wayne if you had let it go you could quite possibly have recovered from this and continued on your merry way ripping off poor uninformed fools who are willing to part with cash for your snake oil tunes.
Now.... i predict this thread will top 100 pages and in this day and age anyone with half a brain will google POWERCHIP and find 100 pages of good reasons to NOT buy a tune from you.
Find yourself a mirror Wayne Besanko, get a footstool so you can look at it like a real man, and ask yourself the hard questions. You wont like the answers, but there is a point in every MAN'S life that he has to do this.....
Usually not long after finding out that Nelso fingered his wife...

Apparently my gearbox is Besanko'd
I reckon we go to the court and drag along a gearbox with us titled 'the gearbox of shame'
Haha wow, the band plays on.
Silly Wayne Besanko of Powerchip, this had nothing to do with you right from the start.
Shame Shame Shame.

Do appear at the melbourne magistrates to show youre serious about defending yourself, then WHEN wayne besanko of powerchip seeks adjournment ask for the matter to be heard on the day due to your travel situation and wish to defend yourself against these frivolous matters.
If thats not an option, apply to the court for the hearing to be held in brisbane due to your lack of financial means to continue to appear in melbourne while wayne besanko of powerchip attempts to waste the courts valuable time.
So when the policed served you did they confirm they called you the day before ?

pf fund to purchase powerchip and offer cash to avoid gst, send to Dale for testing, head on over to EPA accredited tester for emissions compliance then demand refund for shoddy tune and ADR breaches.
Refund not forthcoming: class action by pf, EPA notified of intentional breaching of emissions compliance without proper disclaimer by powerchip, ACCC notified of dodgy claims by powerchip regarding effectiveness of product and refusal to refund, tax office notified of gst avoision.

"Testimonials & endorsements
Testimonials and endorsements are popular marketing tools used by business to add credibility to their claims about the quality or value of the products or services they are trying to sell you.
Endorsements from professionals or well-known individuals (such as authors, movie stars or athletes) can make you feel more interested in trying a particular product or service or more confident about your choice. Testimonials from other satisfied consumers can also convince you to buy.
When used honestly, these marketing methods are quite legitimate. However, there have been cases where businesses have used testimonials or endorsements in a way which could mislead or deceive you. For example, having a celebrity claim that they have used a particular product that they have never used, or even by claiming a celebrity has said something about a product that they have not said.
Businesses must ensure that any representations or claims they make are accurate and truthful. The law prohibits conduct that may mislead or deceive you. When you are making decisions about the goods or services you buy, try to avoid relying solely on someone else's opinionódo some of your own research so you can make the best choice for you.
Visit our page on misleading and deceptive conduct to find out more about advertising and selling. You can also find out what to do if you want to complain about marketing tactics that might be unfair."
there are a few magazine cunts here, so i ask you this:
Is there anything stopping you from testing a freely available product for the purposes of an article?
Do you need permission from the company to actually print the article?
If it's all factual and non slanderous (nobody here could manage it), then it's totally legal, but it all has to be worded carefully.
However, if the findings are less than impressive for the company involved, then they may pay their lawyers to sift through it all and find even the smallest detail that they can sue you for.
Whats the difference between a powerchip by wayne besanko being tested by a car magazine and those fat cunts who go to restaraunts and critique the menu for the newspaper?
The answer is probably the size of the legal department lol.
especially given its a product with the ability to installate yourself, if the instructions are followed to the letter and its a product that doesnt require the company to install then you should be sweet given one of its "selling points" is its simplicity for the average fuckwit.
I reckon the advertising dollars would dry up quick if honest testing was to be introduced on the filth thats peddled by the performance industry.
Itll never happen of course but ive always wondered, hence the question.

One way around it would be to get a few similar cars and put different 'chips' in them, then simply let the numbers speak for them selves. Mention a clear winner and perhaps a BFYB winner, and just leave Wyane Besanko of Powerchip and his fraudulent product that does not work, at the bottom of the table of results and simply say something like 'The results from Powerchip were not as impressive as the others'.
Football, meat pies, kangaroos and carbon tax!
Blatant harassment from Besanko here, he must be living in some sort of bizzaro world or something as he seems to be imagining things that didn't happen. Let's not forget that he's the one that started chasing you in the first place for no good reason. Hope you manage to get something out of this for all the time he's wasted.
