I initially assumed Huzza was from BC due to his inability to tell the car in my avatar is a Nissan, despite the subtle clue of R31 being in my username. His mistake of confusing a stock looking car for rice when it literally has the combined power of around 5 average BC members cars could also be a give away. Could be AAPT mobile broadband also, which could explain the perth and mt lawley on the same AAPT account. All their mobile broadband plans are dynamic, which explains the changing addresses. Actually, that makes pinning down the exact exchange a bit easier since there's a complete public available database of all celltowers in australia with the ISP's that are renting bandwidth, and the type, eg 3g, gprs, etc. Could potentially track it to the closest tower to home.
Getting the MAC from the device shouldn't be too much of a stretch, then... well, we'll see how bored I get.
