Shock rebuilder, re-valve to 90/10 (melb)

OK, i'm trying to find someone in melbourne that revalves stock shocks. I've got a VZ commodore and want to get some 90/10's like i had in my old car.

Most places i've contacted don't do it or just put a new insert in.

Top performance (vermont)
-want $228 per koni insert + $120 ea for revalving

McDonald Bros
-want $510, but methinks they just use an insert

Pedders online
-$510 pair (new)

- convert to screw top, revalve $600

Post them to Heasman's in Sydney? They did the bilstiens in my commodore and skyline. Couldn't find anyone up here to do them.
