Does anyone in Sydney do a bodywork course?

I vaguely recall there was a guy who held small classes in his workshop and covered basic bodywork stuff.

I did a couple of years of both Panel beating/metal shaping and also Spray painting at North Sydney TAFE. It's pretty good, but work eventually got in the way...

How did you pay for it, Chris? Did you speak to someone or just fill out the boxes with CC details?

If the Gasolene eps are anything to go by, I rekon the DVD's would be well worthwhile.

What did you want to do with the rust ?

I would have thought a significant part of Bodywork Restoration would involve metal shaping/rolling to make patch panels.

Yep, has a section that shows shaping a panel to repair rust, then welding it in, straightening and file-finishing it.
