Good thanks PF cunts.
For the fast couple hours, I've been pondering where to document the progress of the new car, but more importantly, who will score me with magic interweb points. In the past, i've chosen JDMST to post, but now that place is full of delicate nubs more interested in comparing their eight-billion megapixel Nikons than actually most things automotively related, except their meets where cunts stand around with other cunts they see every other weekend.
Anyway, story goes i've been obsessed with these things since probably when i found out what happens if i rubbed my knob for more than 30 seconds. I'd used to detour on the way to school via the newsagent to grab a copy of UniqueCars just to quickly flick through the pages, straight past the prancing stallions and see a tiny ad in the corner from Edward Lees listing 45k+ for Evo VIs. I'd then take above magazine and rub knob for another 30 seconds and my menstrual cycle continued. Life was bliss as a 13 year old.
Fast forward almost a decade, and after some pretty gay ass cars, i decided it was time to get me into something i've wanted from said day.
The car hunting started, and weeks turned to months quickly, purely because the market was full of rubbish and cunts asking top dollar. Dealers, importers, private sellers, they're all fucked.
Finally came across an Evo 5, "just landed" organised a drive, yadda yadda, deposit down. Picked it up a few weeks later once the compliance plates came in.
On pickup, queer as ARC spats, TE37s, and the ride height of an A380.
Current Mods include:
- Enkei RPF1s. 17x9 +22
- BC Inverted Coilovers 8kgF-6kgR
- Boost Pill removed, 1.2Bar.
On first impressions, its fast, even faster when turns are involved, but the shit ass fucking turning circle already gives me the shits.
In true PF form, you will notice lack of skid pics. This is due to the banana peel properties of the standard clutch plate..
Have got a few things planned and ready to go, just need the time/motivation to work on it.
Ta, Paul.
