v88 has 8 injector drivers, so you cannot run sequential injection on a v12 (captain obvious)
you will need to run multi point group, which means the injectors are fired in two out-of-phase groups with each group firing every 720 degrees
the way i have done it in the past is the cylinders in the first half of the firing order are wired to injector driver 1 and the cylinders in the second half of the firing order are wired to injector driver 2.
for example a 1jz with firing order 1-5-3-6-2-4 would have cly's 1, 5 & 3 wired to inj #1 & cyl's 6, 2 & 4 wired to inj #2. assuming 'end of injection' is set '400deg BTDC' then:
* 400deg before cylinder 1 TDC (i.e. 40deg BTDC between exhaust & inlet stroke) cyl's 1, 5 & 3 receive fuel
* 400deg before cylinder 6 TDC cyl's 6, 2 & 4 receive fuel
not 100% sure this is the best way to pair them but it has worked fine for me in the past
