It's 1GZ specific. It would already have something else on it if it wasn't.

T400 has A340 to T400 adaptor and converter is custom made. There is like 22 pages of detailed photos, you could have easily skimmed and found pics and info on it.

He has email. One that is local is actually a 1UZ pump, nothing like the 1gz and its easy to tell from pics. Zzz.

    FIXT

    Fine Print.

Kit includes variable amounts of labour and parts cost, and Al telling you what he's going to do.
Toyota V12 may unexpectedly morph into a Nissan V6.
    May contain traces of turbo.

dropped in and spoke to Bob Grant about transbraking this bitch. He agreed it's the only reasonable course of action and allows for best use of 245/45/17 MT drag radials under the back.

Because when you send Cracka or Az to the shops to get something they will always come back with something you don't want or need and cost 5 times more than the thing you asked for.

Converter motherfuckers, do you speak it.

Nicol Bros. Racing = winning at man-spec shopping.

It's like when the nopics goes away for a week and leaves you with nought a frozen pizza to be seen. Any Real Man (TM) will go shopping, coming back with a bag full of twiggy sticks, some cheese, a couple of steaks, one container of pasta salad and two slabs of beer, and be in fine, rude health at the end of the week.

converter should be done by next week. it's sorted.

Bob grant said it's required. He should know, I just paid him $5k to replace some clutches in a porsche gearbox. He'll sell me anything I want.

I was at bob grant's the th400 was in the back of the truck, it seemed appropriate to drop it off when I picked up the porsche box. no point carrying two boxes around in the back.

I have bits for that 400 arriving from summit soon i hope. So he can throw the deeper sump thingy and dipstick lockey nut inside pan on etc.

It doesnt need a transbrake ffs. Yet somehow I see one and less money appearing in my account. So much for buying house this year
If this doesnt lift a front wheel I'm driving it off a boat ramp.

    First thing I thought.
Then I thought, nothing cooler than destroying turbos and cats whilst popping massive flames at a set of lights the very first time some fuckwit kissing his fore arms in a c63 pulls up beside me and out skidding him...

transbrake and 2-step/antilag are 2 different things. But I concur, will wire the vipec up for 2step when we get it back.

$4735 and before I fit it, I have to (Bob highly recommended) fit a new trans cooler which is $210 + freight from US. so yeah, it's a $5k standard gearbox rebuild.

So a few questions regarding this before I join in on the trash talk / dick pulling.

How much boost are you planning on running?

Whats your expected power through the auto?

boost and power is up to the tuna. numbers here are for fun only.

the 20G-SL2's will pump 200HP each at 15psi, they do 330hp each at 25psi.

500HP at the crank is not unreasonable. (40hp per cylinder/rod)

Don't care for power or boost. It'll make what it makes and every dickhead with a 2j making 100 more will not understand...

I reckon 500 at the crank is reasonable too. But more importantly, oh so many panty moistening torques from so low in the rev range. A boosted hi-comp 1GZ will have area under the curve out the wazoo.

How much does it cost to transbrake a T400?
