    I bought one.

Kinda, err, broke the budget. Oops.

Black, MY07, hatch. Only mod is slotted from rotors.

Too dark to take pictures, but here's one from google

^^ Ha thats pics my old car that i used on here and car sales. Get a rear sway bar on it stat, the wagon sway bars are thinner than the sedan, a 22mm whiteline suits stock suspension nicely.
    yep

There is a perrin kit that consists of 22mm front and 24mm rear plus links, mounts etc - that would be the equiv. of what I had on my MY05 so keen for that in a couple of months when the bank account recovers a bit. I kinda spent twice as much as when I was first looking.....

Cant say I'm noticing the 2.5 being *that* much different to the old motor either. Need to drive them back to back I guess. Mine had a couple more reddies than a stocker (like 15-20kw) so that is likely masking the difference.

One nice thing though - the seats have lumbar pads!! The old Pre 06 seats are really lacking in that dept. I didn't realize these were different. Nice bonus.

Steering wheel is thicker too. Don't like the gear knob feel though.

White enkei's like a sti-RA would be nice. Or even just the gunmetal ones off the tuned by sti jobbies. Has brand spanked tyres on it right now, so not going to bother for a bit. There isn't even a single gutter rub mark on the rims. Car has been well looked after - just needs a good polish.

Front sti lips do look good too. I'm not even sure if I can be bothered with more power. Won't see a track in reality, and for round the streets and an occasional hills blast a Rex with decent suspension and stock power is a good thing.

GD Sti? Not much point otherwise.......most of the gain is in replacing the shitty plastic y-pipe.

Ok, so its been two months, havnt really had much to add -

If people thought it looked decent before - words cannot describe how good it has come up now after its first detail.

It is so so so so so bright in sunlight, and just has that extra level of gloss and "pop" that I never thought it needed but certainly appreciate having. A phone camera does not do it justice.

Also picked these up in the last week or so -

GD WRX cooler - much bigger than a GC one.

Tein coilovers so I could be like Dylan.

TD05 - nothing huge, but will give me ~30, running stock ecu and hopefully not grenade a box.
