    Expanded metal mesh uni directional

Who sells expanded metal mesh for use in windage trays and will sell less than a 1200x2400 sheet?

I saw some samples in metro steel, I'm not sure how fine they go though.

Some roof gutter mesh is like you describe, mostly in alloy though but might be worth a look at bunnings

greenhj last time I looked it was silly money $380 or so. Might have found a reliable source of largish offcuts in 316 Stainless cheap enough.

bumping this because i need something similar though not for a sump.

Basically i have a steel mesh door on my crap shack and want to replace the mesh, the good thing about this stuff is it keeps most of the wind and rain out, unlike the usual crappy mesh found on security type doors.

aluminium or steel, i give no fark.

hard part is getting a fine enough spacing to actually be useful (finer than windage tray mesh), ill measure the stuff ive got once the horizontal rain eases up.
