Heres my new bus, I bought it from my dad with a suspect BHG and flogged suspension.
Abit of money and time later and it now has:
-New design cylinder head with MLS gasket
-Upgrade timing belt kit (how LR let engines out of the factory with the setup they had is beyond me)
-Silicon turbo hoses (not in the country yet)
-2in Ironman lift kit (cheap)
-All suspension bushes replaced apart from rear A link - will do this along with the upper ball joint later.
-new steering damper
-new steering rod ends
-oem size BFG AT's
-somesort of ARB looking bull bar, cheap off gumtree
Driven it to work this week and it has gone well, will need atleast one of the diffs rebuilt as there is abit of slack in the drivtrain (280000kms) might do a locker of somesort at the same time.
In the future ill give it abit more go with a center muffler removal, boost and fuel tweak (fitting egt, boost and water gauges) and I want to try water injection. I have a spare set of steels that will recieve 265/75/16 buckshots or something cheap. Other stuff like lights/radio/tints will happen when i can be bothered.
