Garrett GTX3576 vs Garrett GTX3576R Turbo - Same? Best place to buy?

Looking to purchase a Garrett GTX3576 turbo... two questions:

Garrett GTX3576 vs Garrett GTX3576R Turbo, are they both the same turbo? I notice some places list a Garrett GTX3576 and others Garrett GTX3576R..

Also who is the go to place to purchase them from???

The "R" denotes ball bearing core. That said, they might both be ball bearing but one place just doesn't put it in the title.

Great turbo. Strong midrange, raised further by E85.
Have one in the Turbo Taxi.
Choose it instead of the bigger GTX3582 as spool time > dyno chart

    If installing/tuning yourself, ring/shop around.

If getting it tuned by the same place, let them order it/install it.

I've been bitten twice by buying turbos one place (both rebuilt and purchased new) and having in tuned somewhere else.
No Warranty when both parties (turbo supplier and tuner) blame the other if something goes wrong.
BMW M140i daily. Honda Odyssey family car.

Yep, long ring ago the R meant ball bearing, but when talking GTX (and I think pretty much everything garrett for the past 10 years), everything is BB.
