Hard to say without seeing it lock up at cruise since his just flogging it. should see it select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th then at cruise it should just slightly drop in RPM when the lock up engages.

Is a 8 year old converter worth the risk? if it was driven like that 9/10?

He has "fuck you dorro..." painted on the wood grain dash insert.

IMO, you'll be lucky to even get a torque converter once paid for.

Vid is useless, but what Vh308 said.

Just wondering though, you watched that vid and you’re still interested in dealing with that person?!

Wow, that's slow. Only certain way to tell would be a switch wired to the lock up solenoid and switching it on and off while cruising and watching the tacho. They are very smooth when the lock, you can't really feel it or know when it happens.

That clip showed fuck all to prove anything.
an easy fix is get a mate to drive in front of you at 60 then 80 then 100 and mark in on your speedo with some liquid paper.
