Dropped the rear 3/4 of an inch and rolled the guards. Depending on where the panhard pushes it, it should have about 3 inches of up travel. Might lower it another 1/2 inch. When I build an 8.8 for it, Iíll replace the panhard with a watts setup

So you'd also be getting 2 new axles for the 8.8? May as well just go 9in?

    Reason?
What does a 8.8 do better? I thought the only advantage was price?

8.8ís are more efficient. The 9 inch is heavier and the pinion is lower in the case so eats more power. Allegedly there is a tenth or two in an 8.8 over a 9

Why under the car instead of in the cab/tub? I get you won't be adjusting on the fly, but purely for ease of access.

Removed the spal fan and fitted a FG fan. Also found a one piece top hose.

Sooooo, can a radiator place fix a razor blade cut to an alloy core or am I heading back to eBay?

I've used araldite from a servo at 1am in the morning to fix a hole in a core on the radiator. Drove home with cap on but not tight so there was no pressure building up. Then the next day tightened it up to see what happened. Was still the same way two years later when I sold it.

Yeah, would be just my luck it would be fine driving around here and shit itself half way through Drag Challenge.

Spoke to the local radiator guy and will take it down to him tomorrow for a quote. At the end of the day, it was only $160 from eBay.

Remade the hot side pipe as it now hits the shroud. Off to get welded later in the week.

    Bled the brakes

    Secured the brake lines

Is this thing there to take the spike out of the fan kicking in?

your haltech can probably do a momentary idle up before the fan kicks on.

    What radiator are you using?
