an easy fix is get a mate to drive in front of you at 60 then 80 then 100 and mark in on your speedo with some liquid paper.

I've gotta side with Chuck, because 1jz, and a Barra is a fish and fish are fucked.

Multi-hex socket? I use them and really smash them on and crack them with a breaker bar, no rattle gun because they just chew up the nut. Removed hundreds like that. I’m good at yanking nuts.

Yeah but no luck. The nuts have the ridges on the outside not the inny ones

Mine is pov spec column no nothing. You could low mount with ba turbo manifold and turbo, will need to massage rail top lip though. Dump with rack and heater hoses is more drama though

Are the manual racks slightly smaller? Can't remember as only my VH was manual steer and I never replaced the racks on any of my Commodores, did the PS pump on all the ones that had one though.

Sorta. Problem is position, the shaft is bang in the middle. I had to move mine over an inch , but then had to modify rack ends.

If you get rid of heater hoses you can go thru guard.

4" dump I run now is a nightmare. Had to grind block and lots off bell housing. Run exhaust wrap and heat shield for hoses.

TBH I wouldn't do it again just do ls turbo and dump down passenger side

Now we just need a white VS ute running an RB and PF will be complete.

I'll admit, I've lost track of your stuff again, but I do enjoy the read. Is the wagon still a thing?

Yep, just going to get a mate to finish off the valve springs.

Ordered the tailshaft today and started on the shifter install. Today was a runaround day, tomorrow will get more done

Also ordered a master set of sockets for locknuts. If that doesn’t work, the local Jax will lend me a set of reverse tapered locking socket thingys

    “Yeah, yeah”
    “No, say it”
    “No choppy choppy”
    “Good”

Started on the fuel lines today

Means a strength assessment/comparison is required as opposed to "minor clearancing"
