Seized 2JZ Motor - Damaged main

I recently bought a complete 2j motor that had a seized crank.

Pulled the motor apart and found the bearings for the first cap / mains were toast, melted and badly worn.

After removing the bearings there is a decent sized score mark on the block and cap where the bearing possibly spun before seizing.

Without getting an accurate depth of the gouge - is there any way this could be repaired ?

    Pics,

The main caps aren't so important as I could always use billet ones - just the one on the block is my main concern.

    Thanks

Surely machining down the caps and line boring the block would fix this?

hope so, but not too sure.

probably easiest take it to a machinist and have them check it out.

I was going to sell it.

The crank doesn't look that good either, probably need some work done to it, might even be easier to buy a used one in Japan than spend the money on mine.

It's probably ok as is, but wouldn't take much more to make it good enough to use without fretting over it.

Line hone it if you're paranoid. The damage isn't too significant.
