Just dropped it off, they should have it done by Friday assuming no issues. Have done over 300km on it as-is though so can't see there being too much of a problem.

Rough maths tells me there's enough fuel there for 140rwhp so assuming there are no issues with fuel pressure when I should be right. Probably doesn't sound like much, but remember it ran 11.2 with 98rwhp...

Lag is really my only question, as without a tune I haven't really been able to give it a proper handful. I know the turbo is bang on the right size as I know of one with an RB20DET jobbie on it, and this is much the same size... just a matter of how those long runners impact on it. Also until it's on the dyno it will be hard to tell what the wastegate is doing.

I checked out a GT liberty today and had a good look at how the oil drain worked. It has a fair size mini sump under the turbo with two 10mm pipes going into it. One must have a pickup going down into the bottom of the mini sump, it goes to a mechanical pump on the rear of the RH inlet cam. The other is a breather by the looks, it goes up and joins the oil breather system.
Until I saw this I never thought of how that little sump should really have a breather.

The way I see it, any air in that 'sump' will end up in the crankcase and be vented that way.

The oil return seems to be working really well now, it plumbs back into the oil filler and you can actually see it running back down past the level sight glass.

I just need some carnt to make it up outta stainless (hint hint). Not sure that I want the extra complexity/mess of a sump under there?

Even though I know it's all fine and I know it won't make bulk power first time on the dyno (especially with the stock fuel system), I don't like other people messing with my shit.

Just picked the bike up. Perhaps not so impressve to the casual observer, but this is a 17% increase in peak torque and a 47% increase in peak power.

I projected 140rwhp on the stock fuel system... and got 140.01rwhp
