    A bike that made 96rwhp @ 7000rpm now makes 178rwhp @7000rpm
The stock 96rwhp is reached at 5000rpm instead of 7000rpm
At redline thi bike used to make 60rwhp, and now makes 160rwhp

This is the stock curve, I'd like to think I've done pretty well for a first incarnation.

Some people are just know it all clowns who cant help but tell you (and everyone else, constantly) how they are doing it wrong.

I personally would not have got off the zx12, bought the 1400 then turbo'd it to make it as fast as the zx12. That being said, credit where credit is due. Bike makes an extra 100hp or so at the wheel, is turbocharged and stupidly fast. Respect

        I like it.

I like a naked turbo 1400 MUCH MUCH MUCH more than the supersports.

        nakeds are awesome... just sayin.

Yeah perhaps some vids will sort the clowns out? Is apart to sort the clutch & stuff but once that's back together and I've done the oil drain I'll take it to Willoiwbank for my 12.

Anyone recommend a cheapie on-board camera?

Could you have picked a dirtier looking photo? Haha

As for people who don't 'get' it, I guess it's kinda like selling a 200SX and building a Datsun 1200 sedan with an CA18 or something... about having something unique / engineering achievement

I gotta agree with rusty, not taking anything away from the project, its awesome. But there is a lot more power there if you want it.

I agree too, I'm just a litte shitty that in 10 weeks I've spent $6k on it and doubled the power output, and people aren't happy

I will go chasing the extra power before long, probably with a smidge more boost but I know for sure that the cams are actually the limiting factor, and after that the head & valves but the cams are the real choker. Need to walk the fine line between opening up the top end and killing the low-down torque which is the whole point of the bike

Also any more power and I'm really into extended swingarm/slick/dragbike territory, so I want to enjoy it as a rideable streetbike for a while first. Also very conscious of the number of people who get carried away with a project or revamp and the thing never sees the road again, or sees the road once a year between upgrades that it 'needs' because it isn't fast enough.

I feel exactly the same and its not even my bike. Cunts aren't happy that you turbocharged a bike and it now makes more than double the factory horsepower at the wheel. These things are supposed to be torque monsters, not rev-happy superbikes which I am assuming is the whole reason you switched in the first place.

At the end of the day it's your bike and your hard earned. I would personally tell these other clowns to go fuck themselves and enjoy it for what it is. More power might make your e-wang bigger but its going to turn the bike into an unrideable death trap that will eventually kill you or your missus.

Nowhere near as good as a GoPro (or any other "proper" set up), but certainly very very good for $20.
