Finally got the sump back last night, all good

Just about everything is together now, last night got the sump, svcavenge system, oil cooler & lines, headers, turbo and muffler all together. Have also finished the wiring and just need to put the tank back on & bleed the brakes.

Had to stop on account of mozzies (30+ bites, wtf?!) and also the start to Christmas festivities. Away for about 10 days now, but as soon as I'm back I'll ahve the farker running

I did a photo shoot yesterday on an 09 CB1000 that Extreme Creations did a rear mount turbo on, very cool, looking forward to seeing the 1400 skid vids!

              You can talk!
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

                  Fuknwhoosh!

Just packed up for the night, but after a last bit of fucking around sorting a lack of fuel pressure she now runs.

Some messing about tomorrow, bleeding brakes etc but then should hopefully be able to take it around the block for a quick shakedown before dyno monday.

I'm expecting the clutch to slip so probably won't have anything too interesting to report for a week or so.

Starts and idles fine. Revs clean, no strange noises or external leaks to speak of, but blows lots of oil smoke if you give it a rev. Suggestions please.

I've checked the scavenge pump and it seems to be running fine.

Crank case vent originally to airbox now running an individual filter, assume this is not the issue.

                            Other issues?

Too much oil pressure or volume to the turbo?

It would be fair to assume that isn't the problem, as I know of a few bikes wit their turbos fed in the same way with no restrictors... but if I can't solve it shortly then I might have to start looking in that vicinity.
