Turns out, far too much has been written about great men and not nearly enough about morons

righto, here ya go. I'm going to self tapper the tin cover down tomorrow, and grommet up the cable hole, then look at the inhibitor switch.

I also have a VN that I am making into a hill climb/track/whatever car. As it sits at the moment, its without interior, waiting for me to adapt the race seat for it.
The engine is out of the bay and a 1JZ is waiting to go in. Im keeping the 1JZ auto but it'll be shift kitted and maybe manualized. Im trying to make the engine mounts using the Soarer Cast arms and rubber mounts. I'll need a bonnet hump by the looks of it.
I got some wheels and tyres for it, other than that - nothing. It occurred to me that until I get the concreting done out the back I have nowhere flat to work on it, and nowhere secure to store it. Not a problem while it's not driveable at the moment, but once it actually looks like a race car will be a problem.
Unless someone in Newy has a spare garage or shed I can work on it and store it in, it's a suspended project until I get the house done.

kep 21-22 oct :p If you volunteer to run on the state round day and be an official on the sunday you would probably get a run, it appears they have zero crowd control and the only trackies at this stage are me, and my old boy who is 50/50 gonna be working...
Pity it's a bolt in job.
Better then nothing I suppose...
Keep at it Jim
if you have the extra $2k to cough up for a weld-in, I take donations....
