Alpha made them, 3.5kgs rear, 4.5kg front (that doesn't include hardware or windows) Massive weight saving. I already have boot and bonnet in fibreglass, about to get front guards done, I've shifted the factory flare up 30mm on the steel fronts, just need to bog it out the right amount and I'll get some moulds done.

I would have thought a 65 amp alternator might be marginal for a 6 cylinder?

      6 x low impedance injectors @ 5 amps each = 30 amps
      ignition system 8 amps
      2 x fuel pumps 15 amps
ECU and other miscellaneous electrics 5 amps
windscreen wipers and demist if it's raining 10 amps
Total = 68 amps (dodgy guesstimate)

Might it not be better to have a larger alternator and not have it excited all the time eg. turn it off when over x% throttle?

I have run the standard 70amp one up until now and have been fine, logging shows 13.3v minimum during races, this one is half the weight.

I love that switch panel- absolute lightness and has been thought through. Awesome.

Anything fancy with rear end ? Watts link ? . I haven't gone back through the pics but I'm guessing coil overs moved in board a little . Needs to be seen back on the track !

Do you run a residual line pressure valve on your front brake circuit? Is that to help reduce pad knock?

                            Cheers Alex.

Yeah, 2 psi one, slows the car down a touch but makes the pad knock off disappear (stub stiffeners helped hugely too)
It doesn't lack top end speed anyway
