definitely the .300, uses 70-75gr of power as opposed to around 40gr fropm a .308, but load the sucker up hot and you'll be nipping at the heels of a .338 lapua magnum for a quarter of the expense

2nd one. But something to consider is the fuel to run it is about twice as expensive as it is to run a .308.

There was no badness, just added complexity. They are usually only added to 1500+up applications and that's never something I will do with this now.

I'll keep it though so if someone buys this and wants to add a gt70 turbo they can put it back on.

Shit got checked out and sorted the fuck out.

Disassembled, checked clearances, new bearings, head checked over too. He found the source of the oil filter resonance and the pinging we think.

    Also deleted the girdle.

Is easy, add twins back on, and err, what 400cc extra ;-)

Not in the spirit but whatever's.

Been looking at rally demister and heaters for this, as well as extinguishers and a bloke in Brisbane is making ally door cards for them but he's a few weeks away from having time.

Meanwhile it's getting the once over and if I can push other cars out of the way in the workshop it's in then can get it to the dyno sooner rather than later.

Good thing about Porkas is the same family of engines and similar look.
Yeah not in it for points - more I just want to do some with my old man for the experience. Bake the tires between checkpoints for the photographers etc.
