                anything stopping a 85kg lighter g100 charade from being used for a similar mid engine conversion? were there any reasons why you didn't use one? just curious. cheers

                  I prefer the shape of the g200 and there was one available nearby cheap... Having said that the only original charade parts that will be left is the exterior panels and lights, some of the body and the steering system, so I'm not sure a G100 would end up weighing much different. Anyway there are already plenty of quick g100's around but not many g200's.

                                Dogballs is right... at the moment theres not much stopping the whole subframe bending up. The plan is to tie the cage to the subframe at the little wing plate things near the top coilover mounts.

                                Getting main hoop bent up today so hopefully i can get cage done over easter.
