    The Can-Am replica

Quite a long time ago, we picked up a rotary powered sports car, about half finished.
It's gone through a lot of changes, but the final plan is to fit the tub with a 1UZ V8 and a Porsche transaxle, and make it a Can-Am replica.
I'm thinking McLaren M8 like Bruce & Denny used to race.

But for the moment the tub & bodywork sit in the shed, way down the back, last on the list of things to do.
    Here's the tub.

Awesome projects, both of them. Love the CanAm stuff.

Surely they suffered from horrid lack of front downforce. then again, they're really only about power, lots of it.

Err, I have a fair idea of my limitations & that is waaaaaay beyond them. Oh, & I sincerely doubt it would be less than Cathy.

Perhaps if you had the labour force of a small African nation at your disposal you might go close. In the real world, that would cost a metric fuckload.
