I envy you, I have been having a cunt of a time trying to get a down pipe from the exhaust manifold down to the car on the passenger side and it has been a real head fuck!
Fucked if I know how you got 4-1 through there...lol

Isn't the starter and, obviously, the steering on the right? Why the problem with the passengers side?

Good question..(I just went out to the shed to look myself)

The engine looks to be mounted more to the left, NFI why

I've seen an LS1 VL that had the motor offset three inches to give the steering more room

Hey Chris I was a bit busy today with a mate but will jack car up and take a stack of picks of headers and check how I have engine positioned if you like? Took car out tonight for a bit of a run it went well but will change back springs tomorrow and I`ll put a radio in it as well.

Thats a sweet conversion good work. I reckon the engine bay looks tidy as. A mate of mine picks out crap like hose colours on my car and i just say "go before show" buddy, if you dont like it dont look at it.

Did you make a star for the centre of the collector? How did you attach the p clips to the chassis for the fuel line? I started drilling and tapping for the first two and then went to tec screws....

Must scoot along, yeah?

Top work dude no matter what anyone else says I see an ls* in an FC an anything after that doesn't matter. Looks horn. This is the only conversion I would seriously consider taking on. Fabourite car favourite motor very jealous.

Here`s some pic hope ok as for fastening things I use nutserts but with fuel line etc Mazda just happened to have threaded hole there foe me . It does go good and I did a unofficial skid and yes it was easy and a little smoke as well but I didn`t say that . But nopics said she wants a holy shit bar like my 80 Cruiser

My offsider got right into installing the fuel line for me .
