Initially it was going to be a 930...probably not such a smart idea for a daily though. So that's why I started looking for a 964 or 993. They have power steering, an easier gearbox and clutch, better HVAC (and demisting that actually works...).

i hear you regarding the screws.. had to find the ID tag on the turbo on the 965.. had to take the rear bumper off! so glad it came off easy enough..
any ideas on replacing the rusty metal piece above the muffler?
I reckon you don't need to replace that tinware above the muffler, just remove it, get it sandblasted clean, then repaint it satin black and stick it back
