Cheers guys!! An 80mm on a 5.3 in an XU1 would be an insane setup!!
Bloodbath came round and laid the paint on!! Pretty happy with the colour and finish!!! Not bad for a backyard job. First few pics are the base coat with no clear.

I really need to buy a new camera!!! The paint looks shit in these photos! Looks was better in person!!
I have been given permission for a half day on this today. So will weld oil drain on sump, change valve springs, start to modify fuel rails, bolt box to engine and hopefully have it all ready to bolt back in for one final time Tuesday?? Still waiting on shit from Summit before I can bolts exh manifolds back on....

Cheers guys!!! Found 2 hours today when the boss went out, so I put the engine back in! Shit job by yourself with fresh paint haha. Also fitted the old rocker covers off the chev. I need to recruit an apprentice to help get this done in 30 days!!!

Its a torana anything more that 3 panels the same colour is considered flashy.
I was hoping it would several different colours with the rust repairs done using export quality paint, so it looks like a shitty old torana and blends into the crowd. Whilst making people say WTF when given some
